Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Early bird registration for the CFC ANCOP Run, Bike, Walk at the Long Beach International Marathon will end June 15, 2013. Please join us in raising funds for the for the poorest of the poor in the Philippines. Attached are the registration form and information about creating your own fund raising page.
Last year, when I attended a MCG assembly in Batangas, I met some of the Child Sponsorship Program beneficiaries. I also witnessed some of the CSP beneficiaries not getting their transportation and meal allowance because the country that sponsored them has not released the money. I am sharing this with you because I want to challenge you to join the CFC ANCOP Run, Bike, Walk on October 13, 2013. The goal of each participant is to raise funds for CSP or CDP or Medical Mission.
As servant leaders we need to be an example to our brethren. Let us run, bike, walk the talk. As of today only few of us servant leaders have signed up. Be counted. On-line registration is under construction, so please mail your registration form to Noli Calingo (address info is in the registration form). Please forward this e-mail to our brethren in your area.
