What's my Favorite Talk? It's really hard to choose one. Nyaha! But I would say I loved how we tackled Anger. I find it really challenging to deal with it when applied to everyday life. And it's good to know that there is righteous and unrighteous anger. Thanks Gai Ley for that awesome/powerful talk. Pray with me as I tame my Anger. Lol! I'm thrilled how I would handle my anger with grace the next time I would get into that situation.

My favorite Jesus' moment would be the 6AM morning Praise and Worship. The group was hesitant at first especially when we learned that its DST but thank God for Clark's initiative. I remember when Clark mentioned 'First Thoughts' and indeed we all turned to God for our First Thoughts that morning. Fun and sweet morning with God and my new found family. Oooomazing! It's a piece of heaven. The CCW HH is indeed one of the best blessings I received that weekend. Oh-some Oh-range! O plus the Victory on sat night was a great bonus. Popcorn Mafie , Georgey Leo , Patrick Ancheta, Sophie Delas Alas, Mia Rodriguez, Clark John Tesoro and Benjamin Ramirez

When I learned about the CCW I told myself, I wouldn't want to miss this. And thank God, He affirmed me on the FIRST song (or was it the first song? anyways it's the first song that got stuck in me) that was played. I got teary eyed on the first song. (Cry baby) Haha! I just felt God being so close and so real... and saying 'Queency, I'm here. ALWAYS.' Just on the first song, my $55 is way past its monetary value. The line goes.....

'There is no where I could run
There is no where I could hide
And if I ever lose my way
    You're calling out my name.
You're calling out my name' (LOUD AND CLEAR)

It's like summarizing my faith journey and my love story with God, that no matter how I find excuses not to be involved in the community or finding ways to serve Him outside the community at my own pace and ways,... no matter how I choose to get out of the way... He would always pursue me.. calling out my name. I would always find myself coming back to Him and this community has always been a big part of a much filled and purposeful life. Plus when Father sang..

I have decided to follow Jesus
I have decided to follow Jesus
I have decided to follow Jesus
NO TURNING BACK NO TURNING BACK'

Indeed, No turning back. Once you had HIM, you'll always be in His grace. O by the way, are you sure that Father did not attend the CCW? Haha! He's definitely Heaven sent.. he just confirmed everything that happened and everything we've learned.

My favorite person is Mafie Valera (San Diego). I felt the connection since we found out we got the same color-->Oh-some Oh-range! Similar background and story somehow plus we came from the same University (o Ha! Go USTe!) In just few minutes we actually shared a lot of personal stories. Felt like we've known each other for a while. And we had that moment where we personally prayed for each other. But yeah, Ralph is a favorite too. Haha! We all thank God for using him so POWERFULLY that we are really moved to set the fire. And how he managed to still connect to each group, each one personally despite the time and tight sched.. is just commendable. God bless you more bro!

Thumbs up for all the service team. Still in awe how the Lord moved this weekend and can't stop declaring how Amazing God is and can't stop singing ‪#‎IWANTMORE (or maybe it's the other way around, God wants more from us) ‪#‎SetAFire2015

(Please excuse my grammar. Lol!) Let's go bros and sis! Let's share our Jesus' experience. It is meant to be shared. He's calling out your name.

    O Dear Lord,

Praise and Thank you, Lord, for the wonderful weekend. It was an amazing weekend that I am still in awe on a Tuesday afternoon. I am so grateful for the weekend that you provided; a weekend forever cherished.

Thank you, Lord, for the wonderful service team. They were so awesome, Lord!!! Thank you for giving them the strength, the wisdom, and knowledge that they needed. Thank you for the kitchen team also---Food was awesome.

You were AMAZING, Lord. From the grouping of the household, fun activities, the talks, sharings, endless worships, choice of songs, and for Father Lawrence. You planned the weekend down to a "T". That weekend was a miracle itself!! Thank you for that miracle!! I am forever blessed.

Thank you for teaching me what Humility is, O Lord. I am humbled by it. You also taught me to let go of my FEAR and surrender myself to you. Lord, my favorite talk was Gaile's where she taught what righteous anger is. WOW, there is such a thing?!?! You even took the time to answer each of my prayers. I Love you for that.

My favorite moment was when you were with us during Saturday's worship. I know you had a big grin that night, Lord. I know, I know. I could hear you whisper, "Ain't this AWESOME!" You were amazing that night. You even took the time to hug each one of us.

Ralph was my favorite person, Lord. He was amazing that night. Yup, he is tall, ripped, and fit!!! Thank you for providing the voice that he needed to SHOUT the words that we needed to hear.

CCW was EPIC. I witnessed your amazing POWER. You are AMAZING, LORD!!! I am now a CHRIST that you want me to be. I shall set forth the path you want me to take and share you to others who needs you most.

    1. What is your favorite talk? --- All the talks were awesome! The topics flowed, the speakers were dynamic, and the sharings were powerful. My favorite talk, though, was Gai Ley's on Righteous and Unrighteous Anger. I had no idea there were different types of anger and I discovered I'm sometimes guilty of practicing the unrighteous kind. I loved how Gaile provided specific, crystal clear examples on each type and I was moved with how the Holy Spirit guided her sharing. Praise God for this talk and for the opportunity for us all to experience it.

    2. Your favorite moment? --- My favorite moments are from our worship on Saturday evening... wow... I'm getting chills just thinking about that worship right now. My favorite moment of them all was when we went to our respective chapters. The West chapter has helped me grow so much in my faith and my relationship with God since I joined SFC a year and a half ago. I loved how all of us from the West gathered arm-to-arm, shoulder-to-shoulder to pray and worship together. I'm so blessed to experience that moment and the entire CCW with my fellow West brothers and sisters.

    3. Favorite Jesus moment? --- A few of us gathered in the chapel throughout the weekend to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, led by Artzell Bautista of the San Diego chapter. My favorite moment of these gatherings was when Art told us these prayers were the same as those prayed by Jesus, since they originated in Jewish tradition and consisted primarily of psalms. When he told us this I felt more personally connected with Jesus. I was deeply humbled knowing we're continuing this centuries-old tradition that He Himself practiced. Thank you so much, Art, for sharing the Liturgy of the Hours with us and providing us this opportunity to be closer with Christ.

    4. Who is your favorite person at CCW? --- Besides Ralph Ramos? Haha, OK, my favorite person at CCW is Christian Elomina from the San Diego chapter. I had the privilege of being in his Household (shout out to Team Awwwright!) I loved how Jed brought our Household members together, ensured we all participated fully, made everything fun and meaningful, and individually talked with and cared for each of his members. Our chapter Household is the core of our SFC experience, and I learned the same is true for our CCW Household. Thank you, Jed, for your leadership, brotherhood, and friendship.

Thanks, my fellow SFC siblings, and I look forward to seeing you all at our Cluster Assembly! ‪#‎SetAFire2015 ‪#‎LoveMore ‪#‎SFCWestLoves SFC SoCal! May God be praised.

This CCW feels like a dream. I mean, I know it happened, but it was something just so surreal and pleasant, that it makes me smile every time I think and talk about it; something perfect that makes me think - hmm, maybe I just imagined all of it. Except I didn't.

    Here was a weekend that materialized after weeks of faithful prayers and fun planning;
Service that was a blessing in itself, where I felt complete peace and complete joy.
I prayed for each one of you
    ♡
I am so happy and grateful that God allowed all of us to share this special weekend together.

My favorite talk was the one wherein God spoke to you personally. I believe, as it is said in Isaiah, God's words are never said in vain; it will always serve its purpose and will not go back to God void. It will accomplish what God desires and achieve the purpose for which it was sent.

My favorite moment was when I got the chance to play music for God. My brothers and my sisters, I have a voice that's meant only for boys (read: deep, or simply put, opposite of Celine's ah-mazing voice) ahahahaha, and I'm a mediocre guitar player at best... but the service team gave me a chance (thank you Ralph!) and since my motto has always been - when somebody offers you a great opportunity but you're not sure if you can do it, just say yes then learn how to do it later! -- i thank you all for allowing me, and made one of my dreams come true smile emoticon

My favorite Jesus moment was Saturday morning when He sat with me at the registration table and welcomed you all smile emoticon
Greeting each one of you made me forget that I'm really an anti-social person (truth!) and I couldn't wipe this smile off my face grin emoticon

My favorite person is the one who really took time out to make sure that they were able to write an affirmation for someone, or everyone, or at least some people @ CCW. At this day and age (of technology), when it's so easy to be impersonal and lazy, I give props to those who still place value in handwritten notes. There's just something so romantic and beautifully archaic about it (ehehe ♡)
So if that's you, yeah, I like you. You're my fave person.

It's been two weeks since CCW but i still get goosebumps whenever i look at pictures of our retreat. Isn't that crazzyy..

Okayy so i finally got a chance to post this... Haha... What's My favorite talk? All the talks were grrreat. Each one has inspired me in so many different levels hehe, but i guess the talk about Humility was the one that i connected with the most. It was short and quick but God's message was very precise and clear. Thank you Christian for giving that talk.
It was a very humbling experience to open up to my HH, to share to them my own struggles.

Favorite moment.... What i loved the most during the retreat was when my HH went to the chapel and prayed. I think we were the first group that went there, so It was very quiet and peaceful. In that moment of silence i felt God's presence grew stronger. I have been praying for a sense of clarity in my life for awhile now, and in that short moment of silence with the Lord i experienced His peace. It was so comforting and beautiful.

Favorite Jesus moment? Maannn there's tooo many.. But okayyy, i think the best one was during Saturday night. Right before worship when we were praying with our HH and our chapter, that was an awesome feeling!!!! I believe everyone felt the Holy spirit that night. The whole room was just filled with God's presence and it was overflowing with his peace and love. it was so refreshing. it's as if the HS was in each one of you and i could feel His warmth and joy emanated through you.

Favorite person... Everyone who came to the retreat! Whether you're the service team, participant, or you came there just to support and pray over us. CCW wouldn't have been so perfect if not for your time and prayers.. Thank you!!

CCW was truly a blessing. For me it was an answered prayer....
